With extensive experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager and Senior Expert in a leading multinational company in the chemical-food industry, I have developed a results-oriented approach focused on managing highly specialized teams and complex projects at both local and European level. My experience includes workplace safety management as an Employer's Delegate (DDL) under Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, as well as responsibilities as a Legal Attorney. I have also managed resources and budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation and the achievement of defined objectives. No workplace accident has occurred at the site under my responsibility since 1987.

My passions The role of music and sport in my life, beyond an agonist approach.
Growing up with R&B, I have a strong affinity for classic groups such as Shalamar and The Whispers, and I especially loved Luther Vandross's work in the late 80s.
My musical tastes also extend to more niche acts, like the Scottish Average White Band from Aberdeen, whose music cleverly combines UK soul, jazz, rock, and easy listening.
This appreciation for harmonious blends extends to my interest in sports like MotoGP, where the perfect interplay between the rider and the bike is key to success.
